That’s Entertainment

To understand the state of human consciousness of any individual, family, community, or country…..look at their forms of entertainment.    By definition entertianment is, “The various ways of amusing people, especially by performing for them.  The act of providing or being provided with amusement or enjoyment.”  We all share in the responsibility to ourselves, our families, our countries and our world to make peace, joy and love our top priority.  We all want peace.  We all want our children to grow up in a world that supports them and provides them with opportunity and safety.  Then why do allow them to be entertained with just the opposite?

violent video gamesOur youngsters are entertained by music that extolls hate, anger and revenge.  According to David Hawkins in his book, I, “Naive critics think the negativity is represented by the lyrics, but that is not where the negative messages lie.  If the sound of such music as heavy metal is occluded by white-noise headphones so that the music cannot even be heard, the listener instantly goes weak when tested with kinesiology.  The test subject calibrates below 200, (the level of integrity) and subsequently stays at that level for a period of time.  The phyche of the captured victim has now been enslaved by an energy frequency that dominates via the well-known phenomenon of entrainment.  An entrained psyche is now open, vulnerable, and easily influenced toward destructive activities and group identifications with whole subcultures that worship violence and vulgarity.  Such music dominates the airwaves and the entertainment media aimes at young people, who are the most naive and easily seduced by pleasure and glamour.”

Our chidren are entertained by video games which blatently glamorize evil in the forms of violence, seduction and the denigration of spiritual symbols that are purposely mocked for shock value.   I am not a scientist, but I cannot imagine these games are good for our children.  When our children are exposed to violence repeatedly they become desensitized by it.   Our children need to see examples they can emulate.  They learn best when they feel secure and loved.

It is time to accept responsibility for the forms of entertainment in which we allow our children to participate.   Our entertainment choices must refelct our highest values.  It is time to choose entertainment based on those values.  Entertainment should contribute to the peace, love, and joy of humanity.  When we demand such entertainment media will provide it for us.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’; “There are plenty of good books, good movies, good video games and great music is abundant.  Let’s be entertained by them and see to it that we demand the same for our prescious children.”

Conscious Living

Eckart Tolle writes about the unconscious state of humanity stating; “Most people alternate between unconsciousness and deep unconsciousness.  Presence or the state of NOW is either never experienced or is briefly experienced only accidentally without being recognized for what it is”.

So, what does it mean to be unconscious and/or deeply unconscious?  To be unconscious is to live in total resistance to what is.  This creates the unease and discontent that most people accept as normal living.  When the resistance becomes intensified by a challenge it brings up negativity, anger, fear, depression, aggression, and deep unconsciousness.

Carl Jung, the renowned Swiss psychiatrist, wrote of a conversation he had in 1924 with a native American Indian Chief, Ochwiay Biano, (Chief Mountain Lake).  Jung was sturck by the sincerity and unpretentious demeanor of the chief.  The chief spoke very candidly with Dr. Jung; “See how cruel the whites look, their lips are thin, their noses sharp, their faces furrowed and distorted by folds.  Their eyes have a staring expression.  They are always seeking something.  What are they seeking?  The whites always want something.  They are always uneasy and restless.  We don’t know what they want.  We think they are all mad.”

When asked why he thought whites were all mad, the chief responded; “They say they think with their heads.”  Dr Jung responded; “Of, course, we think with our heads.  How do you think?”  “We think here”, the chief said as he put his hand over his heart.  “This indian chief had struck a vulnerable spot and unvieled a truth to which we are blind”, noted Dr Jung.

The best indicator of your level of consciousness is how you handle your daily challenges.  An unconscious person falls more deeply unconscious while a conscious person becomes more intensely conscious.  Your challenges can awaken you or pull you into an even deeper sleep.

Ordinary unconsciousness means being identified with your thought processes.  Constant thoughts about the past, the future, your desires and your aversions keep you from appreciating the present moment.  Most people live in a constant state of unease, discontent, boredom or nervousness – which creates a background of static.  We think this is normal.  It is only when we learn to be present that the ‘static’ stops and we feel a sense of relief.   Just like when you become aware of the hum of an air conditioner only when it stops.

Ordinary unconsciousness can turn into deep unconsciousness with a sense of suffering and unhappiness when things go ‘wrong.’  Our suffering is intensified by our resistance to what is.  In the present moment you are always safe.  Negativity, discord and violence cannot enter the present moment.  These challenges are your tests.  The way in which you deal with them will indicate your state of consciousness.  Be the witness of your thoughts and emotions.  Become aware of your judgments, mental projections, and the undercurrent of unease, tension and nervousness.  These are all signs of your resistance to the present moment of NOW.

Anytime you breathe deeply and feel the aliveness within your body you are entering the present moment.   Ask; “Am I at ease at this moment?”  Be as interested about what is going on within you as what is happening outside.  If you are carrying around resentments? Observe them.  The energy you emanate from these resentments is harmful.  You are contaminating not only yourself, but  those around you.  What thought is your mind creating around this situation?  Then either stop doing what you are doing, speak to the person concerned and fully express what you feel, or drop the negativty your mind has created around the situation.  Negativity serves no purpose.  Recognizing its futility is important and leads to real change.  A negative inner state is very contagious and spreads quickly to all around you except the highly conscious.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin; “The more I practice being in the present moment, the happier my life becomes.”

Family Cruise

Kermit and I just returned from a once in a lifetime vacation and cruise.   The destination was not important, but the time spent with our family…..now there’s something important.  Thirty seven family members together for ten days was really an incredibly fun experience.  Our group included our children, our grand children, their partners, and two of our five great grand kids. plus two of Kermit’s sisters.  Unfortunately three of our grandchildren and three great grand kids were not with us.  Below you’ll see what an amazing family we are privileged to parent: Family Cruise

Sadly, Kermit’s two sisters, Sheila and Shauna, are missing from the picture.  The plan was to take our family picture and then add them for additional pictures.  But after taking a few pictures our cameraman gave a two thumbs up sign and everyone scattered thinking the session was finished.  Trying to gather them again was like dumping a can of worms onto the lawn and trying to pick them up again.

Not long before our trip, Shauna was speaking with a friend when she mentioned our upcoming vacation.  Her friend said; “Our family took a similar vacation and when it was over no one was talking to each other.”  Shauna replied; “That’s not our family.”  As I muse over our family time trying to identify what makes our family so enjoyable, I realize there are a few things we do and some things we do not do that make it possible to truly enjoy being together.

THINGS WE DO:

1.  We love one another and we express our love often including pats on the back, hugs, kisses, winks, smiles and outright laughter.

2.  We accept each other.  We know some are worry warts, some are totally independant, some need encouragement, some are shy, and some are CrAZy, some are very organized while others are a bit messy, some are early and some are late.  We accept and love them for the bundle of traits that are uniquely theirs.

3.  Everyone is free to do or not to do anything on the agenda.

4.  We assume the best of intentions from all.  We all get distracted at times and no one intentionally ignores or slights another.

5.  We help one another and look after the best interests of one another.

THINGS WE DO NOT DO:

1.  We never talk disparagingly about one another.

2.  We do not butt into one another’s business.  If asked for an opinion, we give it honestly but NEVER uninvited (except as a parent with our own small children).

3.  We do not read minds.  We never assume anyone else knows what we want.  When we want something from another……we ask.

4.  We don’t sit around waiting.  The risk you take by being late is the group may leave without you….. nothing personal.  It’s just the way it has to be.

5.  We don’t try to change each other.  We understand people change only when they have a desire within their own heart to change.  Be who you are and love unconditionally.

These are just a few things our family does that make being together so much fun.  I’m sure there are many more I could have listed.  I’d love for you to share with us any tips you have that make family time work for you.  We all have room for improvement.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’: “Of all my blessings, my wonderful family is at the top of my list.”

Sail Away

Beautiful Cruise Ship, Alure of the Sea

Beautiful Cruise Ship, Alure of the Sea

Kerm and I recently celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary.    During those fifty years we’ve gone through challenges and heart ache.  But we have also experienced more happiness and joy than we ever could have imagined when we first began our journey together.

The wonderful news is that we still love one another.  I still get excited to see him come home.  He makes me laugh and teaches me to relax and not take myself too seriously.  He is a great father to our children and no grandfather could be more loving or more proud of his grand children.

Tomorrow night we begin a special vacation in honor of our anniversary.   Soon we’ll sail away with 35 of our children, grand children and siblings.  What a delightful time we’ll have.  We are honored that so many are coming with us.  This will definitely be a once in a lifetime experience.

As we are cruising around the Caribbean, I will be temporarily out of touch with my blog.  But I will resume our conversations October 8th. For now I would like to leave you with some thoughts to ponder.

We are all aware that our outer bodies normally appear to grow old and wither.  But if you ask anyone who is older how their inner body (energy body) feels, they will tell you it has not aged.  As we grow older we may feel our inner body energy more deeply, but the energy itself does not change.  Our twenty year old inner body (energy body) does not feel any different at age eighty.  You feel just as vibrantly alive no matter what your age.

One of the best ways to bring yourself into the precious moment of NOW is to focus on your energy – your aliveness.  When you can take the focus from your mind’s preoccupaton with past and future to this present moment, your physical body will feel lighter, clearer and more alive.  When you increase the consciousness in your body, its molecular structure atually becomes less dense.  More consciousness lessens the illusion of materiality.

Eckhart Tolle in The Power of Now says; “When you become identified more with the timeless inner body than with the outer body, when presence becomes your normal mode of consciousness and past and future no longer dominate your attention, you do not accumulate time anymore in your psyche and in the cells of the body.  The accumulation of time as the psychological burden of past and future greatly impares the cells’ capacity for self-renewal.  So if you inhabit the inner body, the outer body will grow old at a much slower rate. and even when it does, your timeless essence will shine through the outer form, and you will not give the appearance of an old person.”  Now there’s some good anti-aging advice.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’: “For everything there is a season.  Now is the season to cruise with my loved ones.  I’ll be back soon.”

Are you Masking the Real YOU?

pritty masksIf you want to be happy and at peace there is one thing you must do without fail.  And that one thing is to be YOU.  This sounds very simple, but it’s often missed.  You are a special version, a unique person.  No one in this world can be you.  You are the only You.  You have a unique set of talents and abilities.  Your destiny is unique to you.  You are happy and at peace when you freely express and develop those unique qualities.  Whatever decisions you make, be sure those decisions let you be YOU.

One of the worst mistakes anyone can make is to hide their true feelings, beliefs, and talents while trying to’ fit-in’ to someone elses idea.  This happens often in dating relationships.  Someone is attracted to another and really wants the relationship to continue.  So, they begin acting like the person they think the other wants.  They begin to alter themselves into someone else for the sake of maintaining the relationship.   A solid relationship must be built upon a foundation of authenticity.

Sadly many continue the false front even into marriage.  Many times it is not just one partner who alters themself, but both.  It is no wonder such marriages don’t work.  There comes a time when the true self must come through and the mascaraed ends.  Have the courage to be YOU.  Never pretent to be anyone other than your authentic self.  You may not be able to impress everyone, but you will attract someone who truly apprecates the unique set of talents, abilities, likes and dislikes that are the authentic  YOU.

You need not worry what the other is thinking or feeling and don’t assume you know their thoughts.  Never play the role of ‘mind reader.’   If something is important, the other will tell you and you can discuss the matter.   If you have a question, ask it.  Concern yourself only with what  you can control……your own thoughts and feelings.  Be true to yourself.  Then you will be the authentic partner someone special is looking for.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’:  “There’s no one else in this whole wide world who can be YOU.  So accept yourself, love yourself, be proud of your talents and abilities, and you’ll find the happiness and peace you’re looking for.”

Are You Living Life as a Waiting Game?

How much time do you spend waiting?  Waiting in line at the post office……waiting for a traffic jam to clear…… waiting for an appointment…… waiting to finish work……waiting for your bread to finish baking……waiting for the kids to come home from school….these are all small daily waiting periods.

Have you ever thought about how much of your time you spend waiting?  Listen to those around you to see how many people spend most of their time in a holding pattern of waiting.   Waiting creates a subconscious conflict between the here and now and where you want to be.  We become so absorbed in waiting, we actually miss what is going on in the present moment.doughnuts

Suppose you are waiting in a line to buy some of your favorite doughnuts at the bakery.  The customer at the counter cannot decide what flavors and the amount of doughnuts to buy.  You already know you want a dozen raspberry bismarks.  You are in a hurry to get home to watch your favorite TV show.   “I think I’ll get six maple bars and six apple turnovers,” she says.  “Or maybe I should get two maple bars, two powdered doughnuts, two apple turnovers, two old fashioned doughnuts and two eclairs…….but then….. I might not get what everybody likes………Oh, lets just make that a dozen glazed doughnuts……no, no, make that two dozen glazed and one dozen chocolate.”  Meanwhile your thoughts don’t stop…..”What is wrong with this lady?  Why can’t she make up her mind?  Can’t she see there are people WAITING?”  By the time you get to the counter, you’re stressed.

Could your wait have been more pleasant and productive?  Of course!  You could have used the time to notice your surroundings and others around you.  You might even have been amused at her indecision or empathetic recognizing we all suffer from insecurity when making choices for others.  You could have taken a few deep breaths, and centered yourself in gratitude, as you looked for opportunities to raise the energy of others waiting in line.  The customer at the counter will take whatever time she needs to make her purchase.  Your anxious thinking is not going to speed the process.  It will, however, keep you in a state of waiting and wishing things were different.  It is said that life is what happens while your’re waiting and making plans for the future.

Life is full of these short term waiting periods.  But what about long term waiting?  It is not uncommon for people to spend their whole life waiting to start living.  Examples of long term waiting are waiting for a vacation, waiting for a meaningful relationship, waiting for prosperity, waiting to be important, waiting to earn a college degree, and waiting for enlightenment.  There is nothing wrong with striving to improve your life situation, but the problem comes with thinking the future holds more promise than here and now.  This kind of thinking reduces the quality of your life by making you lose the present moment.

Eckhart Tolle in his book, The Power of Now says; ‘There is nothing wrong with striving to improve your life situation.  You can improve your life situation, but you cannot improve your life.  Life in primary.  Life is your deepest inner Being.  It is already whole, complete, perfect.  Your life situation consists of your circumstances and your experiences.  There is nothing wrong with setting goals and striving to achieve things.  The mistake lies in using it as a substitute for the feeling of life, for Being.  The only point of access for that is the Now.  You are then like an architect who pays no attention to the foundation of a building but spends a lot of time working on the superstructure.”

“For example, many people are waiting for prosperity.  It cannot come in the future.  When you honor, acknowledge and fully accept your present reality – who you are – where you are – what you are doing right now – when you fully accept what you have got, you are grateful for what you have got, grateful for what is, grateful for Being.    Gratitude for the present moment and the fullness of life now is true prosperity. It cannot come in the future.  Then, in time, that prosperity manifests for you in various ways.”

So the next time you find yourself in a “waiting mode,” snap out of it!  Come into the present moment.  Just be and enjoy Being.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’;  “Gratitude for who you are, where you are and what you are doing right now will keep you in the miracle moment of NOW.”

How Long Can You Live Without Judgement?

Wall_clockHow long can you live without judgement?  My guess is not very long…..maybe a minute or two.  Our patterns of judgement are so deeply ingrained it is very difficult to suspend judgement for even a short period of time.  We are constantly assessing things as right, wrong, good, bad, positive, negative, happy, sad, ect.  We label everything and everyone.   And when we put a label on a thing, we make the false  assumption we know all that is worth knowing about it.   And the true experience of it is lost.

We are so quick with judgement, we miss opportunities to experience things we might truly enjoy and find very fulfilling.  This constant judging keeps us seperate from others and blocks our ability to experience unity.

Our spiritual teachings admonish us to “Judge not.”  Usually we interpret this to mean we should not judge one another.  But this is only one aspect of the teaching and does not encompass the full meaning of “Judge not.”  Our constant judgment keeps us from fully  enjoying all there is.

Jesus said; “…..except ye become as little children ye shall not enter the Kingdom of Heaven.”  So what are the qualities of little children that we need to emulate?  Children are open and accepting and give love freely.  They have no expectations.  They are free to play and feel enchanted by life. They have no hidden agendas.   They are innocent and guiltless.  They embrace opportinities to explore, to feel and to learn.  They are totally immersed in the present moment without thought of past or future.  Their lives are of the here and now.  And they allow what’s going to happen to happen.  In essence, they live without judgment.

As adults we loose those childlike qualities and many opportunities for growth and pure enjoyment just pass us by.  We loose the ability to play with life and thoroughly immerse ourselves in the present moment.  Our constant judgement happens so automatically we are not consciously aware of it.  So, try this exeriment.  See if you can go five minutes without judgement.  Don’t set yourself up for failure by trying for an extended period of time, but practice non-judgement for five minutes each day.   One way to do this is to go out into nature and  immerse yourself in the experience without labelling everything you see.  Just observe and feel the energy.  Once you have mastered five minutes, lengthen the time to ten minutes, twenty minutes and so on.  Your life will be enhanced as you practice non-judgment.  Learn to observe.  Hold your judgment.  Let life happen.  Be open.  Play.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’; “You’ll see non-judgment brings with it a sense of inner peace, a sense of joy and wonderment with all that is.”

Can a Male Dominated Worldview Create Heaven on Earth?

YINYANGWe’ve all seen versons of the Chinese Yin Yang.  The symbol represents balance.  The light portion, the Yang, represents the sun while the dark portion, the Yin, represents the moon and universe.  Yang is like man and Yin is like woman.  Yang could not grow without Yin and Yin could not give birth without Yang.  Yin begins at Summer Solstice and Yang begins at Winter Solstice.  Although it represents two separate entities, black and white, each contains the seed of the other.  These opposite seeds represent the Winter Solstice in Yin and Summer Solstice in Yang.  It’s an interesting symbol, but where did it originate?

The ancient Chinese observed the sky and recorded the changes they noticed.  They determined the direction of the sunrise as East.  Sunset is West.  The direction of the shortest shadow is South and the direction of the longest shadow is North.

They noticed seasonal changes seemed directed by the Big Dipper.  When the dipper pointed East it was Spring.  It was Summer, when it pointed South.   It was Fall when the dipper pointed West and Winter came when it pointed North.

In observing the cycle of the Sun, the ancient Chinese used a very simple divice, an eight foot pole posted at a right angle to the ground.   They drew six concentric circles around the pole and marked them with 24 segmented points.  The length of the pole’s shadow was recorded every day.  The shortest shadow is Summer Solstice while the longest shadow is Winder Solstice.  It was determined the length of a year is about 365.25 days.  The Sun Chart revealed by connecting these markings is a Yin Yang, the ancient Chinese representation of the yearly cycle of the Sun and four seasons.

Nature is amazing.  It is life afffirming.  I believe the message of the Yin Yang is that humanity will prosper when we learn to bring into balance male and female.   We’ve been programmed to think our world is a battleground with  progressive versus conservative; competition versus cooperation; science versus religion; growth versus protection; spirit versus matter; the eagle versus the condor and many more versuses.  After 5,000 years of dominator programming, the battle of the sexes is taken as a given, with, of course, the man on top.  This dominator story makes no sense at all.  When a sperm and egg unite to create a new life, does one defeat the other?  Of course not, they either work together or they don’t work at all.  In the center of all Earth’s imbalances is the seed of unity and balance.

Males and females may look very different physically, but internally both males and females have masculine and feminine hormones.  We must evolve to an integrated worldview where both masculine and feminine principles are in full balance.  I believe it is the key to the birth of a new humanity an age of “Heaven on Earth.”.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’; “Honor the differences between the masculine and the feminine but remember a heaven on Earth will come from our balance and unity.”

Let a Smile Be Your Umbrella

200142939-003Remember hearing Perry Como sing, “Let a smile be your umbrella”?  The song went like this:

“Just let a smile be your umbrella on a rainy, rainy day.

And if your sweetie cries, just tell her – that a smile will always pay.

Whenever skies are gray, don’t you worry or fret.

A smile will bring the sunshine, and you’ll never get wet.

So let a smile be your umbrella on a rainy, rainy day.”

If this seems like simplistic, happy talk, consider this scientific fact:  Your facial expression actually triggers production of emotional chemistry that is related to both happiness and unhappiness.  Author Marci Shimoff in her book, Happy for no reason wrote:  “When you’re happy for no reason, you bring happiness to your outer experiences rather than trying to extract happiness from them.”  New science has revealed an amazing discovery that our physical expressions can drive emotional responses.

French physiologist, Dr. Israel Waynbaum discovered that frowning triggers the secretion of stress hormones cortisol, adrenalin, and noradrenline, which inhibit the immune system, raise blood pressure, and increase susceptibility to anxiety and depression.  Smiling, on the other hand, reduces secretion of stress hormones and raises the production of endorphins, which are the body’s natural feel-good hormones, while at the same time enhancing the function of the immune system by increasing T-cell production.

It seems the brain when downloading learning experiences into memory links emotions with behaviorial responses such as a smile or frown.  Scientists found that an emotion can drive an experience and an experience can elicit an emotion.  So, when you smile for no reason, your smile causes an emotional response causing your body to release its feel-good hormones which then cause you to feel good.  Amazing, isn’t it?  Our attitude and the story we tell ourselves profoundly affects the outcome of our expreiences both positive and negative.

When problems arise  and seemingly bad things are happening it is possible to generate positive feelings.   When there seems to be no apparent reason to be happy, reframing the situation can affect the outcome.  It is never what happens that is the problem, rather it is the story you tell about what has happened that affects us most.  Choose a story that offers hope.  Bad events can be seen as temporary setbacks, that can and will be overcome.  Marci Shimoff advises that when plagued with a persistent negative thought, lean into an equally true positive thought about the same situation.  She suggests repeating the advice of Zen masters who pray: “Thank you for everything.  I have no complaints whatsoever.”

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’: “Never underestimate the power of a smile to turn life around.”

E Pluribus Unum

Out of many - OneThe motto of the United States of America is e pluribus unum.  Which translates to mean “Out of many, one.”  Have you ever thought how this motto applies to our human body?  The harmony displayed at the celular level is truly remarkable.  Each cell is an individual, yet all behave and support one another.

Unity does not translate to uniformity.  A heart cell does not physically or functionally look or act like a liver cell which does not look or act like a cell in your eye.  Each cell has its own needs and performs its own function.  While these cells together form our body, they are divided into uniquely different tissues and organs.  Each contributes a task, talent or mission that supports the body’s survival.

Built into the cell membrane, (the skin that surrounds each cell) are protien perimiters that deliniate territories.  Within each of these membrane boundaries are selected populations of proteins that carry out specific functions.  According to Bruce H Lipton, PH.D, if these protein territories were stained using different color dyes, their groupings in the membrane of the spherical cell would resemble the outlines of national territories on a global map.

In his book, Spontaneous Evolution, Bruce Lipton  states:  “Observing the day-to-day operations of our celular citizens may come as a blow to our collective ego because just about everything we humans do, including the development of technology, our cells did first and, to this very day, still do better.

For example, cells have:

  • A research and development system that creates technology and manufactures biochemical equivalents of steel cables, plywood, ferroconcrete, electronic circuitry, and high speed computer networks
  • A monetary system that pays cells according to the importance of the work they do and stores excess profits in comunity banks.
  • An environmental system that provides air and water purification treatment that is more technologically advanced than humans have ever imagined.  Ditto for the heating and cooling system.
  • An exceedingly complex and extremely fast communication system, like the internet, that sends zip-coded messages directly to individual cells.
  • A criminal justice system that detains, imprisons, rehabilitates, and yes, in a Kevorkian way, even assists with the suicide of destructive cells.
  • Full health-care that makes sure each cell gets all it needs to stay healthy.
  • An immune system that protects the cells and the body like a dedicated National Guard.”

Cells that propagate an organ may look different and live by different rules than neighboring cells just across the organ’s border.  But the valuable work the different organs perform and the overall health of the body has more to do with their differnces than their similarities.

Each nation and culture on the globe is the equivalent of a tissue or organ in the super-organism referred to as humanity.  Each nation contributes to the economy of the whole of humanity.  Many nations see other nations as rivals.  In fact it seems some would prefer making others simply disappear off the face of the globe.  If that behavior occured within our body, the result would be catastrophic.  Imagine organs taking sides with the intention of banishing other organs?   What organ can you do without?  It seems rediculous, but in the current state of our world, it appears that is exactly what’s happening.

An important lesson we learn from observing the body is that survival is based on  cooperation not competition within the whole.  Our various tissues and organs are very different from one another, but it is those differences that make the body healthy.  And so it is with the nations around the globe.  Peace will come when we recognize each nation has its talents, resources and abilities which can enhance the well being of the whole.

For now, Earlynn’s just sayin’:  “Yes, our bodies are truly an amazing community.  A community where “Out of Many – One……e pluribus unum.”
