NOW

It has been said that life is what happens while you’re planning tomorrow or looking back at yesterday.  And I believe that’s true.  We spend so much of our time thinking about what has already happened or what we hope to happen in the future, we neglect NOW.  The truth is all we have is Now.  Everything that has happened and everything that will happen  takes place in the perfect Now.  Now is the seat of action.  Now is the only time we  truly live.  If this is true why do we value it so little?  Sometimes Now is thought of an an inconvenience we must endure to get to tomorrow.  We hurry through the hours and days waiting for tomorrow not realizing Now is  full of energy and excitement.   We don’t even take notice of it.  If you’ve planned something wonderful for your future, that’s great….you will experience it in a present moment of Now.   But along the way, don’t over-look the power found in the  present, the moment of Now.  Look into the eyes of your loved ones, Now.  Feel the warmth of the sun, or the chill of autumn Now.  Enjoy each morsel you eat Now.  Forgive anyone who has hurt you Now.  Tomorrow will always be tomorrow where you have no power.  Today, right Now is all we have.  Be here!  Love here! Smile here! Forgive here!  There is a reason it is called THE PRESENT.

About Earlynn

Earlynn is a spunky mother, grandmother and yes, even a great grandmother. I have always been drawn to things spiritual from the time I was very young. Over the years I have read, studied and prayed that God would use me to bring comfort to troubled minds. That is my purpose more than anything else, but along the way I have also lived a very happy life. I love my family....5 children, 5 inlaws, 18 grandkids and four great grandkids. I am a master cake decorator, I love gardening, I am passionate about health and nutrition. I love parties and gatherings of family and friends. I love cooking and at least twice each year I host dinner for 50. I love writing, teaching and public speaking. I love my sweetheart. We met when we were only 10 years old and will soon celebrate our 50th anniversary. Everything I do is centered on my spiritual beliefs and I know love is the answer to all of life's problems. Join me on my web site as we explore many ideas, laugh a little and love a lot.
